Corporate Wellness Packages

Fitness Assessments and Personal Training

Each participant will go through a complete fitness evaluation including a cardiovascular test, body composition, and sub-max VO2 test.  After the assessment is made the employee will have 1-on-1 personal training in combination with online access with one of Unique Physique’s professional trainers.   

Nutritional Guidance and Online Accountability  

This package includes customized meal plans created by a certified nutritionist.  All employees would be assigned a secure user name and password with which they will access their nutritional details and exercise routines with a complete video library.   

Health Screening

Unique Physique can provide quality health care professionals who come to your facility with a complete staff and sanitary equipment.  Multiple types of screening are available ranging from drug screening to blood analysis.
